What does a Shopify support package include?

Design changes, Shopify Liquid code amendments, support on the Shopify admin, and adding products or page content. Work is delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

How much is Shopify support in Malaysia?

Hourly work is RM350 per hour. Credit-hour packages reduce the rate: 30 hours for RM7,875, 50 hours for RM11,375 and 100 hours for RM19,250. Credits are valid for 365 days.

Do credit hours expire?

Yes, 365 days from purchase. Unused hours are not refunded, so we size the package to your expected change volume.

Can you support a store you did not build?

Yes. We take over existing stores after a short audit of the theme and apps. Most clients on support packages were not built by us.
