What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company, email, phone number and message. When you WhatsApp or call us we hold the number you contact us from. We do not run newsletters.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope and quotation, and deliver services you engage us for. This is processing with your consent and for the performance of a contract under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Analytics and cookies

If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised page views and clicks on calls to action. We set no advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may run on the contact form to block spam.

Sharing

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend (email delivery) and the site is served by Cloudflare. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to serve you and for our records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing talk2us@webceo.my.
